On this page you will be able to find out more about our leaders, leadership structure, and the Assemblies of God GB.
Ali and Nai have been leading Community Life Church since 2017. They love God, love his people and love those who they are reaching out to with the Good News of Jesus. Passionate about teaching the Bible, worship and encounter, they seek to empower people to be all that God has created them to be, and create spaces and opportunities where people can grow in their gifts.
Ali serves the Assemblies of God as the Zone Leader for Hampshire and Dorset, supporting churches and church leaders in AoG churches across the counties and encouraging and supporting churches who are exploring opportunities to plant new churches in the area.
At Community Life Church we have a wonderful and dedicated team of leaders, who all bring their gifts, insights and experience to serving the church.
Our Eldership team (Currently in transition) lead the church spiritually, discerning the vision of the church, setting the culture of the church, and caring for the church pastorally and prayerfully.
Our Trustees work hard to ensure that we run well (and legally!) as a UK charity and we comply with the charity commissions expectations, and also that we are working well for the benefit of our members and fulfilling our charitable objectives.
Our wider leadership team serve the church by leading service teams for our weekly at services and groups, planning events, and working towards the vision of the church.
Ali and Nai are currently praying about who to invite on to the eldership team to serve alongside them in this valued role.

We are proud to be part of the Assemblies of God denomination in Great Britain. It is good to feel part of something bigger than ourselves and to be part of a movement of churches, not isolated and independent. AoG is in its Centenary year as a denomination in 2024 and we are pleased to be celebrating our rich history together. As a Pentecostal church we believe that the Holy Spirit still empowers men and women for service and mission - that the gifts of power that we see in the book of Acts are for today's church as much as the early church.
